Adding & Managing Payment Cards

Keep your payment methods up to date in CHI PWA and CHI App so you're always ready to buy tickets or pay at events.

Adding a New Card

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App and go to Wallet.
2. Tap Payment Methods or the + icon.
3. Tap Add Card.
4. Enter your card details:
   • Card number
   • Expiration date
   • CVV / security code
   • Cardholder name
5. Tap Save to add the card.

Supported Card Types

Managing Your Cards

• Set as default — Tap a card and select Set as Default to use it for all payments.
• Remove a card — Tap the card, then tap Remove to delete it from your account.
• Update details — Remove the old card and add the updated one.

Tip: Add a backup payment method in case your primary card is declined at an event. Having two cards saved ensures uninterrupted payments.

Security

• Card details are encrypted and stored securely.
• CHI never stores your full card number — only a tokenized reference.
• All transactions use 3D Secure authentication when required by your bank.

Troubleshooting

• Card not accepted? Ensure the card type is supported in your region.
• Card declined? Contact your bank to authorize transactions with CHI.
