Applying Coupons in CHI App & PWA

If you are eligible for a coupon or discount, it is automatically applied when you purchase a qualifying ticket in CHI PWA or CHI App.

How Coupons Work

1. Find your event and tap Buy Tickets.
2. Browse the available ticket types — eligible coupons are displayed as badges on qualifying tickets.
3. Select a ticket that shows a coupon badge to receive the discount.
4. The discount is applied automatically and reflected in your order total.
5. Complete the purchase as normal.

Types of Coupons

Coupon Rules

• Each coupon has conditions set by the event organizer:
  • Valid dates — The coupon may expire.
  • Minimum purchase — Some codes require a minimum order amount.
  • Ticket types — The coupon may only apply to certain ticket types.
  • Single use — Most coupons can only be used once per account.

Tip: If the coupon covers the full ticket price, you won't need to pay anything at checkout.

Troubleshooting

• No coupon badge on tickets? The coupon may have expired, reached its usage limit, or may not apply to this event.
• Discount not reflected at checkout? Make sure you selected a ticket type that shows a coupon badge. Some coupons only apply to specific ticket types.
