Browsing Upcoming and Ongoing Events
CHI Tickets organizes events into two distinct tabs so you can quickly find what you are looking for, whether it is something happening right now or something to plan for in the future.
The Two Tabs
When you visit tickets.chi.app, the event listing page presents two tabs at the top of the page:

Upcoming
Events that have not started yet, sorted by nearest start date first
Ongoing
Events that are currently in progress and still accepting ticket sales
Tap or click either tab to switch between the two views. The currently selected tab is highlighted so you always know which list you are viewing.
Event Cards
Each event is displayed as a card containing the key details you need at a glance:
Event image — A banner or poster image chosen by the event organizer.
Event name — The official title of the event.
Location — The city, venue, or address where the event takes place.
Dates — The start and end dates (and times, when applicable).
Cards are arranged in a responsive grid that adapts to your screen size. On mobile devices, cards stack vertically for easy scrolling. On larger screens, multiple cards appear side by side.
Loading More Events
CHI Tickets loads a limited number of event cards initially to keep the page fast. If more events are available beyond what is currently displayed, a Load More button appears at the bottom of the list.
Scroll down to the bottom of the visible events.
Tap or click the Load More button.
Additional event cards will appear below the existing ones.
Repeat as needed until all events have been loaded.
There is no limit to how many times you can tap Load More. The button disappears automatically once every available event has been displayed.
Navigating to an Event
Tap or click any event card to open the full event page. From there you can:
View the complete event description.
See all available ticket types, prices, and quantities.
Begin the ticket purchasing process.
Check whether phased pricing (such as early bird or last minute pricing) is in effect.
Tips for Finding the Right Event
Check both tabs — If you are unsure whether an event has already started, look under both Upcoming and Ongoing.
Bookmark the page — Save tickets.chi.app in your browser for quick access whenever you want to check what is available.
Visit regularly — New events are added frequently. An event that was not listed yesterday may appear today.
Look at the dates carefully — Multi-day festivals may appear under Ongoing even if specific performances have not started yet.
Tip: If you already have a direct link to an event (for example, from a social media post or email), you can skip browsing entirely and go straight to the event page to purchase tickets.
