After creating your event, fine-tune the details to match your needs.

Basic Settings

• Event Name & Description — Can be edited anytime before publishing
• Date & Time — Set start and end times, including timezone
• Location — Enter a venue name and address
• Age Restriction — Set a minimum age requirement if needed
• Event Payments VAT — Define the VAT rate for on-site payments
• Ticket Sales VAT — Define the VAT rate for ticket sales

Advanced Options

Pick Features

Choose what you need to run your event. You can select from the following modules:

• CHI Tickets — Issue secure NFT tickets (group tickets, digital twins, RSVP, add-ons). Free tickets cost nothing.
• CHI Payments — Cashless payments with the CHI POS App, NFC wearables, branded tokens, QR payments, and card terminals.
• CHI Coupons — Issue NFT coupons for visitors, sponsors, artists, and crew (discounts, freebies, brand activations).
• CHI VIP — Manage table credits. When guests hit their limit, the app offers to continue with their connected card.
• CHI Stakeholders — Manage your vendors easily. Assign roles, invite them, and streamline operations.

Saving Changes

All changes are auto-saved as drafts. Click Publish to push updates live. Published changes are reflected immediately on CHI Tickets.
