Creating a Coupon

1. Go to Events > Coupons in CHI Backstage.
2. Click Create Coupon.
3. Configure the coupon:
   • Coupon Type — Discount (percentage off) or Free Product
   • Percentage — The discount percentage, 1–100% (for Discount type)
   • Applies To — All ticket types or specific ones
   • Usage Limit — Total uses allowed across all buyers
   • Per-customer Limit — Max uses per individual buyer
   • Valid From / Until — Date range the coupon is active

Share coupons via:

• Distribute directly to visitors
• Distribute to crew and team members

Tracking

Monitor coupon usage in real time:

• Number of times used
• Revenue impact
• Which coupon types are redeemed most
