The CHI App is available for both iOS and Android devices. Here's how to get started.

Requirements

Android	Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later

How to Install

On iPhone or iPad:

Open the App Store on your device.
Search for CHI App.
Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
Wait for the download to complete, then tap Open.

On Android:

Open the Google Play Store.
Search for CHI App.
Tap Install and wait for the download to finish.
Tap Open to launch the app.

After Installation

Open the CHI App and tap Sign Up to create a new account, or Log In if you already have one.
Grant permissions for notifications and location when prompted — these help you discover nearby events and receive important updates.
You're ready to explore events, manage tickets, and make payments.

Tip: Add the CHI App to your home screen favorites for quick access on event day.
