Downloading the CHI App After Purchase
After completing a ticket purchase on CHI Tickets, you are presented with options to download the CHI App or access the CHI PWA. This ensures you have the best possible experience when attending your event.
The Thank You Page
Once your payment is confirmed, CHI Tickets displays a Thank You (confirmation) page. In addition to your order summary and confirmation details, this page includes prominent links to download the CHI App or open the CHI PWA.
The Thank You page provides:
- Order confirmation number — A unique reference for your purchase.
- Ticket summary — The event name, ticket types, and quantities you purchased.
- Download links — Direct links to get the CHI App on your device.
Download Options
From the Thank You page, you can access your tickets through three different channels:

Installing the CHI App
On iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Tap the App Store link on the Thank You page.
- You will be taken to the CHI App listing in the App Store.
- Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
- Once installed, open the app and sign in or create an account.
On Android:
- Tap the Google Play link on the Thank You page.
- You will be taken to the CHI App listing in the Google Play Store.
- Tap Install and wait for the download to complete.
- Once installed, open the app and sign in or create an account.
Using the CHI PWA
If you prefer not to install a native app, the CHI PWA (Progressive Web App) works directly in your mobile browser:
- Tap the CHI PWA link on the Thank You page.
- The web app opens in your browser.
- Sign in or create an account to access your tickets.
- For quick access, add the PWA to your home screen by using your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option.
The CHI PWA provides the core functionality you need at events, including ticket access, QR codes, and digital wallet features.
Accessing Your Tickets After Download
Once you have the CHI App or CHI PWA set up:
- Sign in using the same email address you provided during checkout on CHI Tickets.
- Navigate to the My Tickets section.
- Your purchased tickets will appear, complete with event details and QR codes for entry.
- Present your QR code at the event entrance for scanning.
If your tickets do not appear immediately, try pulling down to refresh the ticket list. It can take a few moments for the purchase to sync.

The CHI App offers features beyond simple ticket access:
- Digital wallet — Load funds and make cashless payments at the event.
- Wearable pairing — Connect a CHI wearable for tap-to-pay at vendor stalls.

Tip: Download the CHI App before event day so you have time to set everything up. On the day of the event, you want to walk in ready to go.
