Enabling Push Notifications

Stay up to date with event reminders, ticket updates, and payment confirmations by enabling push notifications.

How to Enable Notifications

During First Launch:

1. When you first open the CHI App, you'll be prompted to allow notifications.
2. Tap Allow to enable push notifications.

From App Settings:

1. Open the CHI App and tap Profile.
2. Tap Settings > Notifications.
3. Toggle on the notification types you want to receive.

From Device Settings:

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Navigate to Notifications (iOS) or Apps & Notifications (Android).
3. Find CHI App in the list.
4. Make sure notifications are enabled.

Notification Types

Tip: You can customize which notification types you receive in the app's notification settings — keep event reminders on so you never miss a show.

Troubleshooting

• Not receiving notifications? Check that notifications are enabled in both the app settings and your device settings.
• Delayed notifications? Ensure the app is not in battery-saver mode, which can delay background notifications.
• Too many notifications? Disable promotional notifications while keeping essential alerts on.
