Entering Your Contact Information
During the CHI Tickets checkout process, you are asked to provide your contact information. This step ensures that your tickets and order confirmation can be delivered to you, and that the event organizer can reach you if needed.
Where This Step Appears
The contact information step comes after you have selected your tickets, chosen any add-ons, and answered any custom questions. The full checkout flow is:
- Tickets — Select ticket types and quantities.
- Add-ons — Choose optional extras (if available).
- Custom Questions — Answer organizer questions (if any).
- Contact Info — Enter your email and phone number.
- Payment — Complete the transaction.
- Confirmation — Receive your order details.
What Information Is Required
You will be asked to provide two pieces of contact information:

Both fields are required. You must fill in both your email and phone number to proceed to the payment step.
Entering Your Email Address
Type your full email address into the email field. Double-check for typos before proceeding, because:
- Your order confirmation is sent to this email address.
- Your ticket details (including QR codes) are delivered here.
- If there are any changes to the event, the organizer may contact you at this address.
A mistyped email means you may not receive your tickets. If you realize the mistake after completing your order, contact the event organizer or CHI support to have it corrected.
Entering Your Phone Number
The phone number field includes a country code selector. Here is how to use it:
- Tap or click the country code dropdown — A list of countries and their international dialing codes appears.
- Select your country — Scroll through the list or begin typing the country name to filter results. The appropriate country code (e.g., +1, +44, +49) is applied automatically.
- Enter your phone number — Type your local phone number (without the leading zero, if applicable) into the field next to the country code.
The selector includes flags and country names to make identification easy. If your country is not immediately visible, use the search functionality within the dropdown.
How Your Contact Information Is Used
Your contact details serve several purposes:
- Ticket delivery — Your tickets and confirmation are sent to the email you provide.
- Order linking — Your email and phone number are linked to your order, making it easy to retrieve your tickets if you lose the confirmation email.
- Event communication — The organizer may send important updates about the event (schedule changes, safety information, entry instructions) to your email or phone.
- Support requests — If you need help with your order, support agents can locate your purchase using your email or phone number.
Privacy and Security
- Your contact information is shared only with the event organizer and CHI for the purposes described above.
- CHI does not sell your contact information to third parties.
- All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS.

- Use an email you check regularly — Your tickets are delivered digitally, so make sure you can access the inbox promptly.
- Verify your phone number — Ensure the country code is correct and the number is active.
- Use the same email for all orders — This makes it easier to manage multiple ticket purchases in one place.
Tip: After completing your purchase, check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the confirmation email. It typically arrives within a few minutes.
