Vendor Catalogs

Each vendor has a product catalog that defines what they sell and at what price.

Creating a Catalog

1. Vendor logs in to CHI Backstage.
2. Open the event, then go to Products and Menu.
3. Click Add Menu, then Create Product.
4. Enter product details:
   • Name — e.g., "Beer 0.5L", "Burger", "T-shirt"
   • Price — Selling price at the event
   • Category — Drinks, Food, Merchandise, etc.
   • Image — Optional product photo

Organizing Products

• Group products into categories for easy navigation on the POS.

Bulk Import

For vendors with many products:

1. Download the CSV template from CHI Backstage.
2. Fill in your products.
3. Upload the CSV to import all products at once.

Price Management

• Prices can be different per event for the same product.
• Price changes take effect on POS terminals in real time.
