Managing VIP Credits

As an organizer, you control the credit allocation for VIP tables.

Adding Credits

1. Go to your event's floorplan in CHI Backstage.
2. Navigate to the area and select a table.
3. Adjust the credit amount for the table.
4. Save the changes.

Credit Management

• Pre-event — Load credit before the event starts for VIP packages.
• During event — Add more credit in real-time if a table requests it.
• Post-event — View total spending and remaining credit per table.

Monitoring

The VIP dashboard shows:

• Total credit loaded across all tables
• Total spent in real time
• Remaining balance per table
• Transaction log — every charge with timestamp and vendor

Unused Credits

After the event:

• Unused credits remain on the organizer's account.
• Credits are not automatically refunded to guests.
• You can carry forward credits to future events or process manual refunds if needed.
