Event venues often have limited network coverage. Here's how CHI App handle offline situations and how to troubleshoot connectivity problems.

What Works Offline

Preparing for Poor Connectivity

Before heading to the event:

1. Open all your tickets while on Wi-Fi to cache QR codes.
2. Check your token balance and top up if needed.
3. Download event details by viewing the event page.

Troubleshooting Connectivity

If the app isn't loading or syncing:

1. Check your signal — Look at your phone's network indicator.
2. Switch networks — Try toggling between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
3. Move locations — Some areas of a venue may have better coverage.
4. Restart the app or browser tab — Close and reopen CHI App.
5. Toggle airplane mode — Turn on and off to reset your connection.

Tip: If the venue offers event Wi-Fi, connect to it for better coverage during the event.

Data Usage

CHI App use minimal data for most operations:

• Viewing tickets: Very low data usage.
• Making payments: Low data usage per transaction.
• Loading event pages: Moderate — images are the main data cost.

After Reconnecting

When you regain connectivity:

• Transactions made with your wearable will sync automatically.
• Pull down to refresh your wallet and ticket data.
• Any pending notifications will arrive.
