Paying with Your Wearable

Make fast, cashless payments at events by tapping your CHI wearable.

How to Pay

1. Place your order at a vendor stand.
2. The staff will enter your order on their POS terminal.
3. Tap your wearable on the NFC reader when prompted.
4. You'll hear a confirmation sound and see a green light.
5. Done! The amount is deducted from your event wallet.

Requirements

• Wearable must be paired to your account.
• Your event wallet must have sufficient balance.
• The event must have wearable payments enabled.

Payment Confirmation

• The POS terminal shows a confirmation to the vendor.
• You can check the transaction in the CHI PWA under Wallet > Transactions.
• Receipts are generated automatically.

What If My Balance Is Low?

If your balance is insufficient:

• The payment will be declined.
• Open the CHI PWA and top up your balance.
• Try the payment again.

Tip: Enable auto top-up in the CHI PWA to automatically recharge your balance when it drops below a threshold.
