Paying with Your Wearable from the App & PWA

Your paired wearable uses your CHI wallet to make fast, contactless payments at event vendor stalls.

How Wearable Payments Work

1. Top up your wallet with tokens or link a payment method in CHI PWA or CHI App.
2. At a vendor stall, tell the vendor what you'd like to order.
3. Tap your wearable on the vendor's payment terminal.
4. The payment is deducted from your token balance or linked payment method.
5. You'll receive a push notification confirming the transaction.

Monitoring Wearable Spending

All payments made with your wearable appear in your wallet's Transaction History:

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App and go to Wallet.
2. Tap Transaction History.
3. Wearable payments are labeled with a wearable icon.

Security

• Your wearable is linked to your account only — it can't be used by someone else.
• If you lose your wearable, unpair it immediately in the app to block further payments.
• All transactions are logged and visible in your transaction history.

Troubleshooting

• Payment declined at terminal? Check your token balance or wallet funds in the app.
• Wearable not recognized by terminal? Hold it steady against the reader for 2-3 seconds.
• Unexpected charge? Review your transaction history and contact event support if needed.
