POS Interface Overview

The CHI POS system is designed for fast, reliable cashless transactions at events.

Interface Layout

The POS screen is divided into:

• Menu and Category — Navigation tabs to easily switch between different product categories
• Product Grid — Large, tappable buttons for each product
• Cart — Current order summary on the side
• Payment Area — Where the operator initiates payment
• Status Bar — Connection status, terminal info, and shift details

Key Actions

1. Add Products — Tap product buttons to add items to the cart.
2. Adjust Quantity — Tap + or - to change quantities.
3. Remove Item — Swipe left on an item to remove it.
4. Apply Coupon — Tap the coupon button to apply a coupon or promotional offer.
5. Process Payment — Tap "Charge" to initiate wearable tap or QR scan.

Payment Flow

Offline Mode

If internet drops temporarily:

• The POS continues to accept payments.
• Transactions are queued and synced when connectivity returns.
• A warning indicator shows you're in offline mode.
