Saving Tickets for Offline Access (App & PWA)

Don't worry about spotty network coverage at the venue — CHI PWA and CHI App let you access your tickets offline.

How Offline Tickets Work

CHI PWA and CHI App automatically cache your ticket data and QR codes when you view them while connected to the internet. This means:

• Your QR code is available even without an internet connection.
• Ticket details (event name, date, venue) are stored locally.
• You can present your ticket at the gate without Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Preparing for Offline Access

To make sure your tickets are ready for offline use:

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App while connected to the internet.
2. Go to Tickets and tap on each ticket you'll need.
3. Make sure the QR code loads fully on your screen.
4. Your tickets are now cached and ready for offline use.

Tip: Open all your tickets the night before the event while on Wi-Fi. This ensures everything is cached and ready to go.

What Works Offline

Troubleshooting

• QR code not showing offline? You may not have opened the ticket while connected. Reconnect to the internet, open the ticket, and try again.
• Ticket data outdated? If a ticket was transferred or modified, reconnect to the internet to sync the latest data.
