Tracking Your Referral Earnings in the App & PWA

Keep an eye on your referral performance and see how much you've earned directly in CHI PWA and CHI App.

Accessing Your Referral Dashboard

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App.
2. Go to Profile > Referrals or Kickback.
3. You'll see an overview of your referral activity.

What You'll See

The referral dashboard shows:

• Total earnings — The amount you've earned across all events.
• Referrals made — How many people clicked your link.
• Successful conversions — How many of those clicks resulted in ticket purchases.
• Pending earnings — Commissions waiting to be confirmed or paid out.

Per-Event Breakdown

Tap on any event to see detailed stats:

Earning Payouts

• Payouts are managed by the event organizer.
• Depending on the event, earnings may be paid as cash or tokens.
• Payout timing varies — some events pay out after the event ends.

Tip: Share your referral link across multiple channels (social media, group chats, email) to maximize your reach and earnings.

Troubleshooting

• Earnings not showing? Referral tracking may take a few minutes to update. Pull down to refresh.
• Referral not counted? The buyer must use your exact referral link. Purchases made without the link won't be tracked.
• Payout not received? Contact the event organizer for payout timing and method details.
