Here's how fees work when you purchase tickets on CHI Tickets.

What's Included in the Price

The price you see on the event page may be displayed in two ways:

• All-in pricing — The displayed price includes all fees and VAT. What you see is what you pay.
• Base + fees — The base ticket price is shown, with service fees and VAT added at checkout.

The organizer chooses which display method to use.

Fee Breakdown

At checkout, you'll see a clear breakdown:

• Ticket Price — The base face value
• Service Fee — Platform and processing fee
• VAT — Value Added Tax (where applicable)
• Total — The final amount charged

Why Are There Fees?

Service fees cover:

• Secure payment processing
• Platform infrastructure and support
• Ticket delivery and QR code generation
• Fraud prevention and buyer protection

Tip: Look for events with all-in pricing if you prefer to see the total price upfront.
