Updating the CHI App

Keeping the CHI App up to date ensures you have the latest features, security patches, and bug fixes.

How to Update

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.
3. Scroll down to see available updates.
4. Find CHI App and tap Update (or tap Update All).

On Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon and select Manage apps & device.
3. Under Updates available, find CHI App.
4. Tap Update.

Enabling Automatic Updates

To always stay on the latest version:

• iOS: Go to Settings > App Store > toggle on App Updates.
• Android: Open Google Play Store > Settings > Auto-update apps > select your preference.

Checking Your Current Version

1. Open the CHI App and go to Profile > Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom to see the app version number.

Tip: If you're experiencing issues, check if an update is available first — many bugs are fixed in the latest release.

Troubleshooting

• Update not showing? Pull down to refresh the app store or restart your device.
• Update fails? Ensure you have enough storage and a stable internet connection.
• App behaves differently after update? New versions may introduce UI changes. Check release notes for details.
