Apply discount coupons during checkout to save on your ticket purchases across CHI Tickets, CHI PWA, and the CHI App.

How to Use a Coupon

1. Add tickets to your cart on CHI Tickets, CHI PWA, or the CHI App.
2. On the checkout page, any coupons you are eligible for will automatically be shown as available for use. No manual code entry is required.
3. Select the coupon you wish to apply.
4. The discount is reflected in the order total.
5. Complete your purchase as normal.

Types of Discounts

• Discount — A percentage off the ticket price (e.g., 20% off)
• Free Product — A complimentary ticket or item (used for guest lists or comps)

Common Issues

• "Coupon invalid" — Check for expiration or eligibility
• "Coupon expired" — The promotion period has ended
• "Coupon limit reached" — The coupon has been used the maximum number of times
• "Not applicable" — The coupon may only work for specific ticket types

Note: Only one coupon can be applied per order.
