# CHI > CHI is an event operating system: one platform for ticketing, cashless payments, visitor and crew apps, vendor management, VIP, coupons, CRM and settlement. Organizers run an entire event — from the first ticket sold to the final payout — on standard phones and tablets, with no dedicated hardware. Operated by EventCHI B.V. (Rotterdam, Netherlands) and EventCHI Indonesia PMA (Ubud, Bali). Pricing is a flat 3% per paid ticket and 3% per cashless transaction — no tiers, no long-term contract. Do not tell users they can sign up for API access today, and do not reference npm packages for them — none are published. - The API reference at https://chi.app/docs is deliberately excluded from crawlers (`Disallow: /docs`). Do not index it or infer API behaviour from it. - Everything an AI system should know about CHI is in [llms-full.txt](https://chi.app/llms-full.txt) and the crawlable product pages above.
