End to end ship 一个面向 organizer 的 feature — Postgres data model、NestJS API、React backstage UI、tests、release notes — 指挥 AI agents 穿过每一层，并对体验负责。
设计一个新的 ticketing 或 payments flow，真的会被数千名 attendees 使用 — 从 spec 到 app 和 POS 上线 — 然后在现场观察它。
通过 gateway、backend logs 和 provider dashboard 追踪一次失败的 card payment — 当天 ship fix 和 reconciliation script。
通过我们的 versioned pipeline 将变更从 PR 推到 production：conventional commit → automated release → OCI artifact → test → staging → production promotion。
构建一个 AI agent 或 CI workflow，用来 review PRs、run QA，或草拟 release notes 和 incident reports — 让团队不再手动做这些事。
响应 production incident — VM disk full、missed webhook — 修复、backfill data，并自动化下一次能捕获它的 check。
