Passcode Fallback
If biometric login fails (e.g., wet fingers, poor lighting), you can always fall back to your 6-digit passcode. Biometric login is a convenience layer on top of your passcode — it doesn't replace it.
Tip: Enable biometric login for faster entry into the app, especially at events where you need to quickly pull up your ticket or make a payment.
