Customer Profiles

CHI Backstage automatically builds customer profiles from ticket purchases, check-ins, and on-site spending.

What's in a Profile

Each customer profile includes:

• Contact Information — Name, email, phone
• Event History — Events attended and tickets purchased
• Spending Summary — Total and per-event spending
• Check-in History — When they arrived, at which events
• Preferences — Ticket types, favorite vendors, spending patterns

Accessing Profiles

1. Go to CRM > Customers in CHI Backstage.
2. Browse or search for a customer by name or email.
3. Click on a profile to view full details.

Automatic vs. Manual

• Profiles are automatically created when someone purchases a ticket or makes a payment.

Tip: Customer profiles persist across events, so you build a richer picture of your audience over time.
