Included Coupons and Promotions with Tickets
When you purchase tickets on CHI Tickets, CHI PWA, or CHI App, your order may include bundled coupons and promotions set up by the event organizer. These provide additional perks such as free items or discounts that you can redeem during the event.
What Are Included Coupons?
Event organizers can attach coupons to specific ticket types. When you purchase a ticket that has coupons attached, those coupons are automatically added to your order. You do not need to enter any promo code to receive them — they come included with your ticket.
Coupon Types
There are two types of coupons that can be included with your tickets:

- A coupon badge appears next to the ticket type name or price.
- The badge may indicate the type of promotion (e.g., "Includes free drink" or "Includes 20% food discount").
- You can see the full details of included coupons in your order summary during checkout and on your confirmation page.
Where to Find Your Coupons After Purchase
After completing your purchase, your included coupons are accessible through CHI App and CHI PWA:
- Open CHI App or CHI PWA and sign in with the email you used during checkout.
- Navigate to My Tickets and select the relevant event.
- Your coupons will be listed alongside your ticket details.
- Each coupon shows what it is for, any conditions (such as a minimum purchase), and whether it has been redeemed.
Coupons are also referenced in your confirmation email so you know what to expect before arriving at the event.
Redeeming Coupons at the Event
Coupons included with your tickets are redeemed at Point of Sale (POS) terminals at the event venue:
- When making a purchase at a vendor stall or bar, let the staff member know you have a coupon.
- The POS system will recognize your coupon when your order is processed — either through your wearable, QR code, or by the staff looking up your ticket.
