Add-ons

Add-ons let you sell pre-paid bundles that attendees can redeem at the event.

How Add-ons Work

1. Organizer creates add-ons in CHI Backstage (e.g., "5 Beers for EUR 20").
2. Attendees purchase add-ons during ticket checkout or separately.
3. At the event, attendees redeem drinks by tapping their wearable or scanning QR at a bar.
4. Each redemption deducts one from their pack balance.

Creating an Add-on

1. Go to Events > Tickets in CHI Backstage.
2. Click Create Ticket and select the ticket type Add-on.
3. Configure:
   • Name — e.g., "Beer Pack (5)"
   • Included Items — Which products can be redeemed
   • Quantity — Number of redemptions included
   • Price — Total price for the pack
   • Availability — During ticket checkout, at the event, or both

For Attendees

• View your add-on balance in the CHI PWA under My Packs.
• At a bar, tell the staff you're using an add-on.
• Tap your wearable or show your QR — the drink is deducted.
• Track remaining drinks in the app.
