Managing Your Profile in the App & PWA

Keep your personal information up to date and customize your profile in CHI PWA and CHI App.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
3. You'll see your profile overview with your name, photo, and account details.

Editing Your Profile

1. Tap Edit Profile or the edit icon.
2. Update any of the following:
   • Profile photo — Tap the avatar to upload or take a new photo.
   • First name and last name
   • Email address
   • Date of birth
   • Country of residence
3. Tap Save to apply your changes.

Changing Your Phone Number

Your phone number is your primary login credential:

1. Go to Profile > Settings > Phone Number.
2. Enter your new phone number.
3. Verify with a code sent to the new number.
4. Your account is now linked to the new number.

Changing Your Passcode

1. Go to Profile > Settings > Security.
2. Tap Change Passcode.
3. Enter your current passcode.
4. Enter and confirm your new 6-digit passcode.

Tip: Keep your email address up to date — it's used for ticket confirmations, receipts, and account recovery.

Account Data

From your profile, you can also:

• View your linked payment methods.
• See your paired wearables.
• Access your transaction history.
• Review your referral activity.

Troubleshooting

• Can't update profile? Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
• Email not updating? The new email may already be in use by another account.
• Photo not uploading? Check that the image is a supported format (JPEG, PNG) and not too large.
