Managing Wearables

View and manage all your paired wearable devices in the CHI PWA or CHI App.

Viewing Your Wearables

1. Open the CHI PWA or CHI App.
2. Go to Wearables.
3. See all paired devices with their status: Active, Paired, or Blocked.

Each wearable shows its product name, material, manufacturer, size, color, and Tag ID.

Actions

• Activate — Enable a paired wearable for payments and check-in
• Unpair — Permanently remove a wearable from your account (requires confirmation)

Lost or Stolen Wearable

If you lose your wearable:

1. Visit the help desk at the event to have the wearable blocked.
2. A blocked wearable cannot be used for payments.
3. Get a replacement wearable and pair it to your account via the CHI PWA or CHI App.

Balance

Your balance is tied to your account, not the wearable itself. Swapping or replacing a wearable doesn't affect your balance.
