Each CHI application has specific browser, operating system, or device requirements. If you experience issues such as blank screens, broken layouts, or features not working, check that your device meets the requirements below.
CHI Backstage
CHI Backstage is a web-based dashboard for event organizers. It runs in any modern desktop or laptop browser.

CHI Tickets
CHI Tickets is the online ticket purchasing platform for attendees. It runs on both desktop and mobile browsers.

CHI PWA
The CHI PWA (Progressive Web App) is used on-site at events for cashless payments, QR scanning, and vendor operations. It can be installed on a device's home screen for a native-like experience.

The CHI App is a native mobile application for attendees, available on the App Store and Google Play.
