Pairing Your Wearable

Link your CHI wearable to your account to enable payments and check-in.

Before You Start

• Make sure you have the CHI PWA or CHI App installed and you're logged in.
• Have your wearable device ready (wristband, card, or badge).

Pairing via QR Code (Recommended)

1. Open the CHI PWA or CHI App.
2. Go to Wearables and tap Scan.
3. Point your phone camera at the QR code on your wearable.
4. The app will look up the wearable and show its details (product name, manufacturer).
5. Tap Confirm to pair the wearable to your account.
6. You'll see a success confirmation.

Pairing via Tag ID (Manual)

If you can't scan the QR code:

1. Find the Tag ID printed on or inside your wearable (e.g., "04A1B2C3D4E5F6").
2. In the CHI PWA or CHI App, go to Wearables and choose the manual entry option.
3. Type in the Tag ID and confirm.

Troubleshooting

• QR code not scanning? Make sure there's enough light and the code isn't damaged. Try cleaning the QR code surface.
• Tag ID not working? Double-check the ID and ensure the wearable hasn't already been paired to another account.
• Multiple wearables? You can pair multiple wearables to the same account.
