Requesting a Refund

If you can't attend an event, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the organizer's refund policy.

Refund Policies

Each event has its own refund policy, set by the organizer:

• Full refund — Available up to a certain date before the event
• Partial refund — A percentage is refunded after a deadline
• No refund — All sales are final (common for last-minute purchases)

The refund policy is displayed on the event page before purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Open the CHI PWA or go to CHI Tickets.
2. Find the order under My Tickets or My Orders.
3. Tap Request Refund.
4. Select the tickets you want to refund.
5. Confirm your request.

Processing Time

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method.
• You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Tip: If refunds aren't available, consider transferring your ticket to someone else instead.
