Setting Up Your Digital Wallet (App & PWA)

Your digital wallet in CHI PWA and CHI App lets you make payments at events, store tokens, and manage your payment methods all in one place.

Accessing Your Wallet

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App.
2. Tap Wallet in the bottom navigation bar.
3. If this is your first time, you'll see a setup prompt.

Setting Up Your Wallet

1. Tap Set Up Wallet or Get Started.
2. Add a payment method — link a credit card, debit card, or digital payment service.
3. Verify your identity if prompted — this may be required for certain payment features.
4. Your wallet is now active and ready for use.

What Your Wallet Includes

• Payment Methods — Your saved cards and payment options.
• Token Balance — Event-specific digital currency for cashless payments.
• Transaction History — A record of all your payments and top-ups.
• Wearables — Linked wearable devices for contactless payments.

Using Your Wallet at Events

Once set up, your wallet enables you to:

• Pay at vendors by scanning QR codes or tapping your wearable.
• Top up tokens before or during an event.
• View your spending in real-time via transaction history.

Tip: Set up your wallet and add a payment method before arriving at the event. This saves time and lets you start paying immediately.

Troubleshooting

• Wallet not appearing? Make sure you're logged in and the app is up to date.
• Can't add a payment method? Check that your card is valid and not expired.
