Ticket Not Showing Up

Purchased a ticket but can't find it? Here's how to locate it.

Check These First

1. Check your email — Look for the order confirmation from CHI. It contains a link to your ticket.
2. Correct account — Make sure you're logged into the CHI PWA or CHI App with the same email used to purchase.
3. Pull to refresh — In the CHI PWA or CHI App, pull down on the My Tickets screen to refresh.
4. Processing time — Some payment methods (like bank transfers) take time to confirm. Your ticket appears once payment is confirmed.

Still Not Showing?

• Check spam folder — The confirmation email may have been filtered.
• Transferred ticket — If someone bought the ticket for you, they need to transfer it to your email.
• Group order — If you were part of a group purchase, the buyer may need to assign the ticket to your email.
• Different app — Tickets only appear in the CHI PWA or CHI App after you log in with the correct account.

If Nothing Works

Contact support with:

• Your order reference number (from the confirmation email)
• The email address used during purchase
• The event name
• Payment proof (bank statement or payment confirmation)

Tip: Download the CHI App or add the CHI PWA to your home screen and log in before the event day to make sure your tickets are loaded.
