Transferring Tickets via the App & PWA

Bought an extra ticket or can't make it? Transfer your ticket to someone else directly from CHI PWA or CHI App.

How to Transfer a Ticket

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App and go to Tickets.
2. Tap on the ticket you want to transfer.
3. Tap Transfer Ticket.
4. Enter the recipient's phone number or email address.
5. Confirm the transfer.

What Happens Next

• The recipient receives a notification (via SMS, email, or push notification if they have the app).
• Your ticket status changes to Transferred.
• A new QR code is generated for the recipient.

Important Rules

• You can only transfer tickets if the event organizer allows transfers.
• Transferred tickets cannot be transferred back automatically — the new holder would need to transfer it again.
• Some ticket types (e.g., personalized VIP) may not be transferable.

Tip: Transfer tickets well before event day so the recipient has time to set up their account and access the ticket.

Troubleshooting

• Transfer option not available? The organizer may have disabled transfers for this event.
• Recipient didn't receive it? Double-check the phone number or email and ensure they have a CHI account.
