Every transaction in the CHI ecosystem includes detailed information for transparency.

Consumer View (CHI PWA)

When you tap a transaction, you see:

• Amount — What was charged
• Vendor — Who you paid
• Event — Which event the transaction belongs to
• Date & Time — Exact timestamp
• Status — Completed, Pending, or Refunded
• Payment Method — Card, wallet balance, or wearable

Organizer View (CHI Backstage)

Organizers see additional details:

• Customer Name — Who made the purchase
• Order Items — Itemized list of products
• POS Terminal — Which device processed the transaction
• Vendor — Which vendor received the payment
• Fee Breakdown — Service fee, VAT, and net amount
