Viewing Your Transaction History (App & PWA)

Track all your spending and top-ups in one place with the transaction history in your CHI PWA and CHI App wallet.

Accessing Transaction History

1. Open CHI PWA or CHI App and tap Wallet.
2. Tap Transaction History or scroll down to see recent transactions.
3. You'll see a chronological list of all your transactions.

Transaction Details

Each transaction shows:

• Date and time of the transaction.
• Vendor or description — who or what you paid.
• Amount — the amount paid or received.
• Payment method — tokens, card, or wearable.
• Status — Completed, Pending, or Failed.

Filtering Transactions

To find specific transactions:

• Filter by event — View transactions for a specific event only.
• Filter by type — Show only payments, top-ups, or refunds.
• Search — Look for a specific vendor or amount.

Understanding Transaction Types

Tip: Review your transaction history after an event to keep track of your spending. It's also useful if you need to dispute a charge.

Exporting Receipts

For individual transaction receipts, tap on any transaction to see its full details. You can take a screenshot or share the details for your records.
